BeWILDerwood

An adventure park where you can find trolls, fairies, elves and live for one day in a magical wood. This is what happened if you’ll visit the BeWILDerwood!

“BeWILDerwood is an award winning wild and imaginative adventure park with magical treehouses and a hint of intriguing characters, bringing a curious difference to the Norfolk Broads. The setting for the book ‘A Boggle at BeWILDerwood’, by local children’s author Tom Blofeld, it’s a wonderful, mystical land of brave adventurous creatures who you may never see anywhere else in our world. Parents are encouraged to play alongside their children, which makes for a fabulous and brilliantly exciting day out for the whole family!” BeWILDerwood

Here in the middle of the wood you can find some treehouses among the trees, where “the Twiggles -when found out that there were going to be humans about they tried to invite them in to their houses but unfortunately no-one could quite fit through their doors- have built a whole village up in the trees where everyone can meet up and chat. Be careful though; one of the houses might belong to the Wood Witch”. BeWILDerwood

Among the trees a very curious treehouse village –composed by five little treehouses- has been built on a big tree. Each one seems the house of Hänsel and Gretel. People can reach the first two houses by a long wooden bridge; another bridge brings people to a ladder that leads to the other tree houses above the first two. Each one is made of wood and colored with smart colors (green, light blu, orange and yellow) and each one is different from the other.

You can also find a castle that you can reach by wooden stairs or by a rope-net-bridge and going out using a slide. This castle is composed by different parts, each one of wood and colored; as for the treehouse village the colors used are smart!

So, if you want to travel in a fairy tale world, just visit the BeWILDerwood!
