Dutch designers Tineke Beunders and Nathan Wierink, who founded the studio Ontwerpduo in Eindhoven, were in Milan for Fuorisalone 2014 in Zona Ventura to propose their project.

The name of their project is Cottage Town, they explain that you can “change your potplant into a mini village with ‘Cottage Town’, and ordinary plants will be turned into huge trees or fields.
These soft-coloured and skewed edifices are made of waterproof material, resistant to a downpour from a watering can. Perk up the most beautiful plants in your home, or present them as a gift with the enclosed greeting card”. There are four varieties: Jasmin, Lily, Olive and Rosie”.
